Bodhi Bunker review about company Side-Pro Exteriors

I have no idea how Side pro has received this high of ratings. The only positive thing I can say is that their salesperson was very nice and helpful - however he lacked basic siding knowledge and home building science knowledge (mainly house waterproofing and moisture/air control) and had difficulty explaining or understanding examples of trim details. Side pro was to re side a complete house. Their crew finally arrived about 3 weeks after expected date and the crew was unaware that the full house needed siding, they were under the impression that only about 1/4 of the house needed to be sided, thus they could not complete the project. When a new crew showed up to complete the work under full understanding of job scope (about 2 weeks later) they did an so - so job. They did work quickly and effectively but rushed through details that turned out extremely sloppy, such as rake wall to roof cuts, uneven door miters (really bad in that category), and really sloppy caulking to drip edge transitions. They also ordered incorrect fascia material, which was written down correctly in the contract - I gave them the okay to install it and let it slide under the condition that it would be fixed with trim work, that trim work turned out very poor and thoughtless. The project manager assigned to the project was overall short with his attitude and somewhat of a bully. After one of the first walk troughs he had told me he would fix several things, I was excited because my overall opinion of the company throughout the project was that they weren't there for their client and generally wouldn't see satisfaction to completion. So I distinctly know what he said he would fix and wouldn't fix. However, when the crew came back to complete some things that they left unfinished they said they weren't instructed to fix the things we had agreed upon. I called the office after the PM didn't return my phone calls, they got in touch with the PM and the PM said he never said he would fix anything. There were multiple other situations of poor customer service. But I will leave my unsatisfactory review here... Overall very poor customer service, profit first, unprofessional company.
