Josh Watson review about company Side-Pro Exteriors

My wife and I chose Side-Pro to replace our siding and all of our windows. In addition to the siding and window replacements, we had a hole in the side of our home underneath an old window that, unbeknownst to us, had been leaking for many years. Due to the nature of such a repair, we were concerned about what this would end up costing since it's near impossible to determine the extent of the damage until the exterior is opened up. Fortunately, the damage turned out to be minimal. The Side-Pro team found a couple of other spots with rot as well but our Project Manager (Duane) stayed in regular communication with us, which reassured us throughout the project. Pricing: Side-pro was competitively priced and they use quality building materials. Some of the bids we received from other contractors were nothing short of ridiculous. Side-Pro's bid was fair and reasonable. Craftsmanship: The crew actually doing the work knew what they were doing and did a quality job. They cleaned up the job site each day, ensuring nails, screws, and other debris was picked up and properly disposed of. This was important to us because we have young children that play in the yard. Service: As previously stated, Duane and the rest of the team's communication was great. During the bid process, I appreciated that these guys didn't go the sleazy sales route. First, they listened to what we were looking for, then we talked through the options and provided us us with our bid. I highly recommend Side-Pro to anyone needing siding, windows or roofing replaced. If I ever need such work done again, this will be my first call.
