J S review about company Fisher Roofing & Siding

I needed to have a skylight replaced and through recommendation was introduced to Fishers. Having someone to come out for an estimate was quick and easy, but trying to set an appointment date proved to be difficult. When a date was finally arranged, not only were the workers a no-show in their time frame, it was an hour after that they had called to say they weren’t coming. The following day wasn’t much better as they were late to they’re appointment window by over an hour. In terms of billing, I hadn’t received a bill when the job was completed so I was under the impression one would be mailed. Instead I had waited close to a month before a Fishers worker appeared at my front door unannounced with a bill in hand looking for immediate payment. Although the quality of the work was quite good, I don’t feel the way the company handles it’s customer relations would let me recommend Fishers to anyone in the future.
