Peter Bell review about company Fisher Roofing & Siding

When it was nearing time for a new roof some 7 - 8 years ago, Jonathan showed up as scheduled, gave a quote, we bought in, they showed up on schedule and knocked the job in out in two and a half days. Not that I know anything about roofing but it looks to have been a quality job, the crew was hardworking and polite... the invoice was presented at the end of the job and we paid in full... about $17k (big roof). 8 years on we had a leak coming from the chimney area and suspecting the flashing called Jonathan for all of the obvious reasons. He didn't return several of those calls nor did his brother, whose voicemail one gets if you hit line #2... one for quotes, one for service. Persistence prevailed, Jonathan returned my call, I reminded that in addition to my job I'd sold at least 10 other roofing jobs for him (no, I'm not in that business... just being nice) which he remembered and scheduled me for a visit some 2 weeks out, promising it'd be a late Friday afternoon visit. That Tuesday I'd called about possibly bumping the visit to Thursday; no reply, called again Wednesday; no reply, called again Thursday; no reply, called late Friday (5:30pm) to inquire as to just how late he meant by "late Friday" ... this time actually getting him live and in person... "oh, sorry Peter, I totally forgot!" WHAT??? Having left messages Tues/Wed/Thurs and he forgot??? But, he deferred to visiting the following week on either Wednesday or Thursday... he'd call Monday to establish the exact day. That would've been 6 days ago now and I still haven't heard from him. I called another fellow who was here just 2 hrs later and made the repair. Pity loyal customers have not value anymore. I'd of given him 5 stars 8 years ago; today I can only offer 1 star, I really hate when people are inconsiderate of my time.
