Angie Thompson review about company Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

I was not happy with the contractor that Sears hired to do my roof. Not only did we have problems with them giving all kinds of excuses why they weren't here, but then, when they did bring their dumpster, they parked it in my yard and said they would be here the next day to do my roof. They showed up a week later. When they pulled the dumpster out of my yard, they left 2 feet deep ruts in my yard. They said they would pay to have it fixed but haven't heard a word from them since then. Haven't seen the third party person that is supposed to look over the work on my roof. Haven't heard from them either.
