CK KC review about company Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

Never use Sears Home repair. I was inncorrectly billed for work that was never done. The technicians ordered the wrong parts and after after 3 weeks said they would have to re order. I told them cancel the job and paid a diagnostic fee and went with competent repair business, but their billing department thinks I owe them for work that was never down. Hopefully sears goes out of business soon.
