Elizabeth Salander review about company Istueta Roofing

I know that I need to replace a flat roof on part of my house. That is a given. There are also some repairs to the tile part of roof (done in 2001), or worst case scenario, replace with a brand new roof. We all know just how incredibly expensive this could be. So all of these roofing companies are making a TON of money. Why is Istueta the ONLY roofing company in all of Miami that charges for someone to come out and look at your property? Do you for one minute think that I am doing this for fun? My time is money too, but this takes some kind of chutzpah to ask for a "deposit". And why should I have the extra worry of getting a refund "if not satisfied" as per your employee...if you ARE such a great company, you wouldn't do this. What's the point? She said "to make sure you are committed". Are you f'ing kidding me? My time is money too, and this is insulting. You are not getting a cent from me up front, just to come out. Change your practices, Mr. Frank or whoever you are. And those hideous youtubes with "happy customers"...GMAFB. You are not the only gig in town.
