Dylan Zanelli review about company Istueta Roofing

March 2019 they came out to price the roofing we needed for our extension. Two weeks later we finally received the estimate. We signed the contract and gave them a deposit. Three weeks after getting our deposit they called us to tell us that they quoted the job wrong and that the price was now 10k more! “OR”… they could give us something “close to what you wanted for the same price but it would not match the rest of the house”. Mind you that we live in Coral Gables in a historic home so even the fact that they suggest that as an option is evidence of their sales person ignorance. Oh and for the last three weeks they have been holding our deposit and while we think that they are getting the permit approvals from Coral Gables and ordering the roofing tiles they are not. Complete waste of time... Ignorance mixed with a bait and switch model is what this outfit has to offer . Do yourself a favor and do not do any business with this sleazy company. It’s been 6 weeks since I posted my initial review, which wasn’t anything new to your company. If it was, that shows how disconnected you are from your company. Before writing that first review, I contacted your company multiple times, so if you truly want to make things better you should be contacting me, not the other way around. You know my cell phone number, my secretaries number, my business phone, my email, and my address. If you really want to “resolve this for you” I’ll be waiting for your call.
