Pat was extremely rude and condescending when he came over to provide an estimate. I had an issue with a couple of leaks in my roof after a particularly heavy rainstorm. Pat insulted my judgment and said I needed a new roof that would cost $50,000. This is more than ten times what I paid to get my roof replaced ten years ago! I asked him to give me a quote on just repairing the two areas where I was experiencing the leaks. He quoted $1,800 to just put some tar down! This was over five times what I eventually paid another roofing contractor to do the same work and the repairs involved a lot more than just slapping tar down. Aside from quoting shockingly high prices, he displayed no civility. I had to endure fits of yelling and insults. Of the dozens and dozens of interactions I've had with contractors over the years, this was by far the worst.
