Bill Stephens review about company PJ McTavish & Co Inc.
Our experience was not positive. They are unprofessional and rude. At first, they seem just fine. However, the moment you ask any questions related to the work, they can only conjure up an answer that is vague and non-descriptive, at best. When asked why they are of a certain opinion about what should be done on a home, their only answer is because they have decades of experience. I am sorry but, that answer simply is not good enough for me as I try to make an informed decision about what work will be completed. I would not recommend this contractor to anybody. There are much better options out there and with companies who come with a proven track record of excellent workmanship and great customer service.
