Jonathan L review about company Affordable Remodelers

Update now 6 months later. We just found places on the roof they didn’t replace the wood decking—so just tar paper and shingles!! Update ~3 months after work complete. We’ve found two gutters improperly reinstalled causing them to leak from behind the gutter down the siding. All-in for a small capecod (800 sf ft first floor) siding and roofing was ~$20k (includes tearing off 3 layers of old roof and tearing off old siding). AF went above and beyond to get the most from our insurance company in terms of total material/services paid for (including making sure they followed all local code). The final product was a beautiful Slate-colored 4" Market Square siding (from Exterior Portfolio); it took some time to get the final details squared away but we are happy with the look and the quality of the work. Chris, our PM, worked hard to get this project complete and done in a quality manner; Kevin, the owner, is involved in making sure projects meet customers' needs/wants and are successful.
