John Furness review about company NPE Maintenance Ltd

Had several dealings with NPE; during the first time using their services I had a few issues with getting paid initially however after speaking with the current team, we managed get to bottom of the dispute, in particular, no supply of the registration pack along with photos and incorrect emails/ paper trails. As such, I worked with NPE and their current team to resolve situation and admittedly I accepted a lower amount in reference to the works as described above. I have subsequently carried out work in December 2017 onward of which I have done everything in accordance with their terms and been paid in full. After all this, I can vouch for the company and their intentions and having read other reviews, it is my opinion they may not have complied with the terms and conditions but the overall outcome was commendable and I will endeavour to use them again.
