I was rung up to do some emergency IT work at one of their buildings, I had every part of the required works explained to me before I even got to site. The help desk was more than helpful with any questions i had. Upon getting to site i did the works got my sheet signed and sent it off. Payment was made 1 month after the month end but when agreeing to do the job i was made aware of this anyway. I was happy with the work that i was offered and felt like everything was dealt in a professional manner, I asked to be put on their system for any other works they have and have been sent though another job to do already.
