The Good part - excellent sales man Dave not pushy - knows his stuff and a very friendly nice guy. Patient and gave good advice. Excellent fitters - Sam and Liam did a great job and my doors and windows are perfect. The doors and windows are of excellent quality and fitted superbly. Well done to the fitters who worked their backsides off and grafted to get them done: they did a brilliant job and my doors and windows are fabulous! Bad - poor customer service - hadn’t got booked me in and I had to call to confirm, the job wasn’t even booked in despite me paying deposit months before. I had to then chase and get cross on the phone, they didn’t seem to care I wasn’t booked in and I had to chase to confirm the dates. I wasn’t even sure if they would turn up! Not good when you are spending thousands. This side of their business needs improving.
