Unwanted solicitations by salesmen after 5PM on weekends. To boot, I received a Facebook message from a company exec, criticizing me for leaving two comments on a Facebook post (the company deleted my first comment and eventually my second). He said it was “uncalled for!” He tried to justify the behavior from a sales rep by saying he was a vet. That does not excuse that behavior on a holiday weekend. Perhaps you should give your vets time off to remember fallen heroes on a Memorial Day weekend? He also implied the rep was just in my neighborhood; the rep rang my doorbell twice and knocked, upsetting my sick dog. Stay far away from this company! If it treats potential customer’s this way, I would hate to see how it treats customers that have already paid.
