Steve Smith review about company American Dream Home Improvement

I met American Dreams Rep Junior Ramos while he was doing an inspection for a neighbor. I’m an extremely skeptical person in general and after looking at prior AD reviews I was very concerned and reluctant to give them my business. Junior however went the extra mile to elevate those concerns and was very reassuring. He took me to several jobs in a neighboring community and allowed me to view their work and interview other AD clients. All of whom spoke highly of Junior, the personal service he provided and the quality of work AD contractors provided. After some contract language was addressed we signed, and were not disappointed. My only recommendation for AD is this… Contact the homeowner before arriving. I was promised a heads up on a start date for the roof replacement. Understanding weather and prior job completions make giving a precise date unpredictable. It was a little unnerving when contractors showed up and began tearing off the old roof without having any replacement material on site. I called Junior and he went to our home and ensured the product we ordered was correct and had been delivered that same morning. The personal attention he provided throughout this process was always reassuring. We’re extremely pleased with both the service and the quality of work itself.
