V K review about company American Dream Home Improvement

I had a 5 Star experience with American Dream Home Improvement. Before the inspector from American Dream Home Improvement knocked on my door, I had already gone through the entire insurance claims process with inspectors from 2 other companies and was left with 2 claims under my belt and less than 1/2 of my siding paid for, and both of them tried to get me to pay for the work out of pocket. They each quoted me a price that was far out of my budget. After turning them down, I lost hope in ever being able to get my siding done. Six months later, one of American Dream’s restoration specialists named Ryan knocked on my door. Given my negative experience with the two previous companies I had dealt with, I was quick to turn down the free inspection simply telling the guy that I had been through it all with 2 other guys before him and want nothing to do with his inspection or services. The restoration specialist explained that he understood where I was coming from, but he really felt that the two other inspectors missed some crucial details as 3 homeowners in the neighborhood had already been approved and their work was starting in 2 weeks. At this point I told him that the insurance company refuses to pay for full siding replacement and I simply do not have the money to pay for it. He asked to see my insurance paperwork and after reviewing he told me that I did not need to call in a new claim but it is his professional opinion that I need to call in just one more time and ask for a re-inspection. He would meet with my Insurance Adjuster when they came out and discuss the repairability of damages on my home and if needed he would also provide them with documentation that warrants me a full approval after consulting with some colleagues in-office. Something in my gut told me that I should go for it. Well....Ryan was right. He took some photos and emailed my insurance company the documents needed. In less than 2 days after he met with my insurance adjuster I received a call from my insurance company informing me of my full approval and that they would be sending me a check in the mail. In about 2 weeks, their crew showed up and the work was complete in 2 days. Outside the usual handful of nails and siding pieces that could be expected during any construction, they truly left my home and yard in better shape than they found it. I have already and will continue to recommend American Dream Home Improvement to any neighbor, friend or family member that needs their roof or siding work done.
