Todd Livingood review about company Achten's Quality Roofing
Called to get an estimate for a roof replacement for a new prospective buyer of a commercial property building in Redmond. The person I spoke to on behalf of the company first assumed I was a real estate agent and refused to give me the opportunity for a quote stating they only work with sellers. Secondly, this person never gave me the opportunity to explain circumstances and just kept talking over me as if I was being scalded, providing explanations of why they wouldn’t even consider my client as ‘Worthy of their time’. Very snooty attitude and poor customer service was received from my point of view! As a person who has worked hard to build a business reputation on great customer service, I’m to say the least disappointed. There are many other commercial roofing companies that are more ‘Worthy’ of your business.
