Achten's recently re-roofed our house in Lake Hills. We were very pleased with the work and the customer service. - Estimate was wonderfully detailed, with lots of pictures and observations - Scheduling took a bit (you must be busy, or something!), but they hit their forecasted window, and showed up as soon as weather allowed - BIG crew took care of the job quickly and efficiently. Nobody was standing around waiting for instructions. - Unanticipated finds (delaminated under-code plywood) quickly handled - Cleanup thorough and well done, double-checked by the project manager after the job was completed. - My family in the house was pleased and surprised that Achten provided a porta-potty for the crew, avoiding half a zillion trips in the house required otherwise. - Results look good!
