Ken Kato review about company Gutter Helmet by Harry Helmet®

By sheer luck, the Gutter Helmet product was installed on the gutters of my home a day before several days of rain. So, it was put to the test almost immediately. Suffice to say, the product performed as advertised! But, the rest of the story is probably equal if not more important. To begin, a sales rep came to my home (on time) in response to my request for a quote. Before he mentioned the quote, he wanted to make sure I was sold on this product. so he made a very thorough and convincing presentation, taking his time to make sure all my questions were answered. There was no "hard sell" during anytime of his presentation. On the day of the scheduled installation, the installers (2) arrived a few minutes early. They took the time to explain what the installation will involve and how long it would take - which was two hours. But, they finished in about an hour! They were able to do so because no problems were encountered. Before they departed I was given a short briefing on the work they had performed and the warranty that came with the product. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. I would, without any hesitation, recommend this product to anyone interested in getting a proven gutter protection from a service/customer oriented company!
