Working with the staff and roofers has been a pleasant experience in a stressful situation. Michelle and Jackie are great. They did what they said they would and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Frank is a doll- professional and personable. I called Thursday, they were out Fri morning, and I had a new roof - right before another week of rain. No pressure. Frank did not push. He offered options and patiently answered my questions and my brother’s (over the telephone.) If this rain continues and the house stays dry I will gladly move my 4 stars to 5!
