Michael Decker review about company Union Roofing

When I bought my home ten years ago, my home inspection indicated that I had about ten years left on my roof, so it being around that time, I needed a roofing company to look at the roof. I asked a friend who was in the real estate business to give me some recommendations and she gave me the names of three companies. I had them look at the roof and Frank came out next to last for Union Roofing on a Saturday. He did a walk around with me, pointed things out, listened to my questions and concerns and left me feeling very confident that they knew what they were doing and were interested in customer satisfaction. I decided to go with Union because of their price, warranty, overall professionalism and willingness to take care of a few little extras such as tacking a piece of siding down along the roofline that had come loose. Long story short, they came out just a few days later with a large crew and in an hour had removed the old shingles and discovered that over half the plywood sheets under the shingles were visibly spongy and rotten. Frank called me at work and sent me photos of the entire roof to show me the rotten boards and gave me a very fair price to have all the plywood replaced. By midday the following day, the roof was done, everything was cleaned-up, and a day or two later the dumpster was removed and everything was back to normal. The whole thing was quick, painless, with quality work at a great price and better warranty. Who could ask for more. Thanks Frank and thanks Union for making getting a new roof easy!
