Tammy Savoir review about company Proctor Enterprises, Inc
I would never recommend this company to anyone! My mom had her roof put on a little over a year ago and has already had two leakes. The first time she called to let them know about the leak and they said they would be out within two days they never showed up when they said they would, she had to call at least twice before they finally came to fix the problem. It is now leaking again she called them two weeks ago and they promised to be out within a week. As of today 8/14/18 they haven’t showed up! She again had to call and they told her she will have to wait until all the rain stops before they will be out to fix the leak. This to me is beyond poor customer service!! They are completely one of the WORST companies! My next step is to call News Chanel 10 and have them do a report on how badly they treat there customers and do not stand by there word maybe then they will come fix my moms roof... seriously not impressed right now!!
