Highly Recommend Preferred Air of Houston!! David Nieves, the General Manager, provided our service. He was called the night before after hours and responded from home. Furthermore, he arrived the next day by noon. He was very polite, timely, and exceptionally informative. Problem was fixed in 30 minutes and had air blowing in 15 minutes. Even gave me free hands-on instruction on how to replace 2 old thermostats myself to save a tremendous amount of money. Best Customer Service and repair experience in a long time!!
