Our HVAC was in need of a full replacement. Nick came out at 7:30 at night on the same day we called to take a look at the issues and provide us with quote. He took his time explaining what we needed and gave us options. His quote was reasonable and clear and he was able to schedule us for a next day installation. Our tech Lee was fabulous! He was careful to cover our wood floors and carpet in the areas he would be working. Installation took some time, but he kept us informed. He did a thorough job in our with our furnace installation in the attic, explained how our new drain pan and float worked, blew out our drain lines, and replaced our defunct plenums. He installed the outside unit and thermostat and then taught us the basics of how to work it. I’d highly recommend Preferred Air for the top notch work and customer service!
