Val K review about company Eastern Eavestroughing

We bought a house 1 year after eavestroughs were installed on it by Eastern Eavestroughing. Previous owners handed over invoice and told us to contact the company if there were any issues. We did find a few leaks at corners and when we investigated further, saw that gutters were not leveled properly to drain the runoff - as a result, the water was standing in the gutters. When we first called the company, we were told that the owners are on vacation and they'd call us back in a couple of weeks. A month later, we called them again and left a message which was never returned.
