My phone call was returned immediately on Friday. The gentleman came out to inspect my problem which was regarding a leak and overflow of water that day. He informed me I didn't need a replacement , but caulk and a splash guard. He described in detail how I can easily repair my problem. I appreciated his honesty and he even offered to drop off a splash guard. He delivered the splash guard on Monday which is found on my porch. I can only image the service this company would offer to its customers considering how above and beyond they went for my issue.
