I really wanted to give them 5 stars when I first called them and they showed up for an estime in 3 days. They showed up on time and gave me a quote in less than 30 minutes detailing the work that needs to be done. This was back in the beginning of November. The person that gave me the estime told me that they will be out in the next 2 weeks and when I asked him how I would be paying he said check or cash, but he also added they take credit card payments with a processing fee. I was very pleased at the time. 2 weeks passed and I never heard from them. When I called them, they said they should be out the following week. I was not upset since it is only one more week. After 4 phone calls and 8 weeks later, they finally showed up to replace my 3 shingles. 8 WEEKS. What kind of service is this? Who takes 8 weeks to get 3 shingles replaced? At week 6, I remember asking for their owner to call me and no one ever called. After they replaced the shingles 8 weeks later, the roofer did not even knock on the door to tell me he was done. They just left. I was not even sure if they finished the job, since I did not get a bill for a whole week. After I got the email with my invoice, I emailed back and asked them how I would make the payment. The lady that emailed me back told me to send a check. It’s 2018, who writes checks anymore? I replied saying I can pay with a credit or debit card, and she replied that they do not take cards. How is this possible? What kind of business does not take cards? So at the end, I will have to drive to their office and pay cash. If only I could give them 0 stars...
