Chris McCall review about company Triad Roofing Services

Great company and great staff to work with. Like a good consumer we obtained several bids from roofing companies. A couple came back very close, however after speaking with all of them we felt that Triad would providing more bang for our buck. They removed the old roof along with the old wind-driven turbines use for venting the attic space, put down new underlayment, new drip system and architectural singles with a 30-year rating, as well as all new gutters and installed a new ridge vent. Once the old roof was removed there were a couple places where the old roof leaked and you could tell the wood needed to be replaced. Triad Roofing called me first prior to doing any additional work and let me know what they had found. They provided a second quote to replace the damaged wood, which we felt was very reasonable and they continue the project never missing a beat. They did a great job in removing all the old material. I walked around the house once the job was complete to insure there were no nails or debris left behind as I have a riding mower and do not need a nail in one of my tires. No nails, screws or any other material was left behind. Needless to say, we are very happy with our new roof and gutters. Triad Roofing did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. Side note: I will be using them to replace my mom’s roof later this year.
