Called Roofone this past weekend and the person said he was in the area and would be able to come within a couple hours. Let about 3 hours go by and called him again just to ask if he has an estimated time of when to expect him. He then states I don't know who I am and does not have any note of my address or calling earlier. He the state's he was on his way to Mississauga and does not know when . At that point decided to not move forward with dealing with Roof One. They are probably good at what they do but not managing the client in a positive manner.
