Alex Peterson review about company America's Best Remodeling

I would not recommend America’s Best Remodeling. We had our roof and siding done in fall 2018 and although it was done very quickly, there was zero effort made to safely clean up our yard. I understand there can be some nails missed, but I found over 50 nails in the yard last fall. Since the snow has melted in the last 10 days, I have found any additional 40 nails in the front yard. I called ABR last fall and asked for someone to come take a second look as these nails are a hazard for anyone’s safety, especially children and dogs. Disappointingly, DJ was at the house for less than 10 minutes before failing to follow-up with me before leaving. Once again, I understand mistakes can happen and some leftover nails may be inevitable, but not the amount that I have picked up visible to anyone glancing at the grass. I work in Customer Service for a living and I always believe how someone or a company reacts to an issue of failed expectations is more important than the issue itself - the way this was handled was beyond careless and unsafe. The only follow-up ABR did successfully included weekly reminders that our final payment was overdue as we had a complication with our insurance.
