I would not recommend America’s Best Remodeling. We had our roof and siding done in fall 2018 and although it was done very quickly, there was zero effort made to safely clean up our yard. I understand there can be some nails missed, but I found over 50 nails in the yard last fall. Since the snow has melted in the last 10 days, I have found any additional 40 nails in the front yard. I called ABR last fall and asked for someone to come take a second look as these nails are a hazard for anyone’s safety, especially children and dogs. Disappointingly, DJ was at the house for less than 10 minutes before failing to follow-up with me before leaving. Once again, I understand mistakes can happen and some leftover nails may be inevitable, but not the amount that I have picked up visible to anyone glancing at the grass. I work in Customer Service for a living and I always believe how someone or a company reacts to an issue of failed expectations is more important than the issue itself - the way this was handled was beyond careless and unsafe. The only follow-up ABR did successfully included weekly reminders that our final payment was overdue as we had a complication with our insurance.

Very unhappy!! Thought they did a great job on the neighbors. Then they did not clean up like they show in the video at all. So bad we thought they weren't done. They damaged a drainage gutter and then charged us to replace it. It took over a month for them to actually finish. So much more to complain about. Hire someone else!!!!

This company tries to take advantage of you while pressuring you to sign contracts. No business should need to pressure if they were that good their reviews would speak for themselves but as I see on here there reviews are horrible and I cannot trust a company that looks to be a fly by night company.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They are liars and the owner and his wife are extremely unethical. In addition, their sales manager is an unethical and deceitful guy and in my opinion is on drugs. The sales manager even used to sell drugs and I know that because I searched his name on Wisconsin CCAP. Many of the sales people have been convicted of various crimes. They even train their sales people to "get reckless with the facts" as they call it and I have proof of that. If you are thinking of using them, I recommend not to. They are storm chasers and usually leave the area after the work is complete and I doubt that they will service or honor any warranty. Beware of this company! As you can see, they only have 2 reviews, mine, and Lisa Shepard is an employee of the company to my knowledge.
