The first inspector booked the inspection according to his schedule, then  cancelled, leaving me stranded & with little time to spare. One of the gals I church with got me Coast to Coast. I made a call and spoke to Ingrid who immediately hooked me up with Tim Patten, the owner, all last minute. He got to the site before I did. He explained and demonstrated issues. The report was emailed immediately, systematically & electronically with the ability to specifically select what buyer decided to request for repair or negotiation, & email to seller for approval. Easy to read & understand with pictures. The cost was reasonable and fair. Many of the windows had broken springs & would not stay open without a prop, Tim went beyond the scope of practice instructing me regarding  precisely what was required so I could communicate to repairman and Tim would NOT charge me more for his service. Tim Patten impressed me with his knowledge, work ethics, kindness & humanity! My HERO thanks TP
