Don't use this company!!! We had a new roof put on our house this summer, in August of 2016. Starting in the beginning of January of 2017, when it rains, there is a MAJOR leak from the ceiling of our front porch right in front of our door. It's damaging our porch ceiling as well as the wood porch beams. For the past two weeks, both my husband and I have called and sent emails about warranty repair. The roof is only 6 months old!!! The messages left with the receptionist and emails have gone totally unanswered. Very disappointed that they won't respond. Also, during the holiday when getting Christmas things from the attic, there are nails sticking through the interior wood by more than 1/2". This is our 3rd roof since we've been in our house for more than a decade and I've never seen that before.
The owner of the company Mr. Troy Mock is unresponsive, and doesn't want to follow up on complaints. BMR replaced our roof last year. A few months lat...
