Atanas Zlatinski review about company BRM Roofing & Construction Services

The owner of the company Mr. Troy Mock is unresponsive, and doesn't want to follow up on complaints. BMR replaced our roof last year. A few months later, we noticed that water is leaking in front of the house every time it rains. We tried contacting BMR, after a few broken promises, they finally send a man to take a look. He said that it is not a roofing problem, tried to fix something, took pictures and promised to show them to the owner. I talked to Mr. Mock on the phone (who was very hard to find, always away or on vacation) and he also said that it is not a roofing problem. I asked him if it would be possible for him to stop by and talk to my husband for a few minutes so that we can explain to him our issues. He never did, even after he promised us. Another issue, we had is that we had a air conditioning guy coming to fix something on the attic, and he almost hit his head on the nails that are showing more than half an inch. It is very dangerous. PS The person we worked with, when we changed the roof last year, was very responsive, but he left the company.
