Audrey Hagar review about company Nationwide Roofing

March 2019: UPDATE: I have amended my two star review for a 4 star review, after some consideration. The roof was taken care of and we are currently in talks to get the inside fixed. There were still nails dropped in yard (my husband just stepped on another one found that wasn't cleaned up) but everything else was done. Roof was put on house, finally, in January of 2019 (7 months after initial contact to start process). We were finally ready to get this done, but there were issues even with the roofers. Nails were dropped onto other people's lawns and a neighboring child and male neighbor stepped on each of them. Our neighbors were not happy and even brought us a paper towel with blood on it to show that there were nails in their yard. My husband let one of the reps know outside of our normal contact. Inside of house (laundry room and son's room) still had not been taken care of, however, we decided we will hire someone to do ourselves. Everything as of March 2019 has been done with this company. December 2018 Has been 6 months and no roof has been put on our house. House was damaged from hail storms and wet spots have started to open up all over the house in a bedroom, laundry room, and now living room. Company says that they are waiting on the permit, but it shouldn't take 6 months to get a roof. The insurance company does ask for additional forms to be signed, but once those are done there shouldn't be an issue. Insurance company even stated that 6 months is ridiculous. Another woman in our neighborhood is having the exact same issue as well with the same company. They also do not update or contact unless you contact them. This has been the worst experience my husband and I have ever had, and if there is no new roof by next May, we will be taking further action.
