Dennis Ottey review about company Nationwide Roofing

I am amending a one star review I gave this company 5 months ago. It was deserved because an employee totally dropped the ball. I wrote a poor review of only the facts and was immediately contacted by a Partner/Owner (Brian N.) He started by telling me that he did not want me to change my review and fully acknowledged my review as fact. He only wanted the opportunity to make it right. Within a day, a new rep came to visit, Dustin is his name. The process started over from the beginning. Dustin was a total pro. Very experienced as he had gotten into the sales position after many years of installing. He knows his stuff! The insurance appraisal: The first time, the adjuster denied the claim saying there was only a very small area of damage and it would not be greater than my deductible. End of story. This time, Dustin met the adjuster and inspected the house with him. They documented multiple instances of hail damage on 3 of 4 sides of the house. Dustin did not work against the adjuster, but side by side to uncover the truth about the damage. The result - a full replacement of the siding on my entire house siding. The installation was perfect and I was really impressed with the details. Caulking around all ends and windows is impeccable. I am sure my house is now more energy efficient as a result. It is really satisfying when a company not only answers a poor review, but then proceeds to do exactly what they need to, to make it right. Great customer service is rare. This company has it down. I highly recommend Nationwide Roofing. I also want to personally thank Dustin for his expertise and professionalism. Great experience!
