I contacted Paul back in March 2018 because a flushing had blown away. He was very responsive initially and came to remove the remaining piece. Since then I haven't heard from him. I know it is a small job and summer is a busy time for roofers but since he had committed to replacing the missing piece I expected him to fit this job in his schedule.
