Liz Douglass review about company Constitution Contracting

I bought my condo in 2016, and the roof had been replaced by these guys in 2015. I contacted them this week with a question about my skylight (the skylight wasn't covered under the warranty anyway but still...), and they said the warranty doesn't transfer to new owners. BEWARE of these guys and don't use them if you plan to move or sell before the life of the warranty - they won't honor it
