Very good service and the highest quality I have seen to date. I have built three barns in the last 10 years and the first one, I purchased the complete package from the green big box. It was okay overall. Then I saw an ad on tv from Mid Michigan 3 years ago and decided to go in and see what they had to offer. I was getting ready to build a second barn. First thing I noticed was a nice, clean, and well kept showroom with plenty of information and samples to view the products they had. Michelle was who I worked with and she was very helpful and answered all the questions to the best of here ability. I decided to purchase the steel for my second barn from them. They do not sell lumber so I went to the big box for that. When I received my order everything was packed in wrap so nothing would get damaged. When I started to install the steel the quality was unbeatable. I was amazed how much better and thicker Mid Michigan's steel was compared to the big box store. It may seem like a small jump from .0142" (big box) to .015" from Mid Michigan but the difference is night and day. I just purchased the materials for my third barn from them and I had the same experience as the last. I am very happy that a company like this is in my area. You can actually get help from them for the basics of doing a project. Also buying local means my money will stay here in the area and I couldn't be happier to say that.
