Carol Wolfe-Ralph review about company American Home Specialists

I agree with the one review . . . bait and switch. We recently used them when a tree fell through our roof from a severe storm. The agent that was sent to review the claim told us that we would not pay anything out of pocket other than what the insurance company gave us. We had to fight them for months. They eventually adjusted the bill, but we still have to pay more than was quoted, because there are hidden items in the contract that they breeze through. In addition, they didn't remove a huge stump, because apparently, it's not part of tree removal. DUH! Not happy. Would not use them again. Too much of a hassle.
