Mark Madison review about company Imperial Roofing

Well the sales guy was nice but forgot to warn us about several steps in the process. We were told to expect a phone call by the end of the day. Ended up having to call them three days later. Have already had a problem. We had a recent inspection due to us selling our house now and inspector found some issues nothing major but when we called they said it'd be taken care of. Needless to say we called another roofer after two weeks to get it done. We had a neighbor go with another roofer and seemed to receive much better service.
