Juanito 813 review about company Imperial Roofing

Being a first time homeowner and needing a new roof was one of the most stressful task I've probably ever tackled. And picking the right roofer came with more studying then I think I ever did in school! Like everyone else I first tried all the big names and larger building companies. I mean who wants to be con'd right?? But after realizing they were actually the real thieves (I was paying out of pocket) I started looking at my local company's. That's when I met with Imperial roofing. From the beginning it was a very comfortable atmosphere. I mean they were straightforward with out all the big fancy terms and " necessary purchases" (you'll here that a lot from the big builders) that not only were they super cost efficient the work was as good if not better then what those big builders had to offer! I've been in the construction business for years so I know good work when I see it and I for one can say I am very pleased with the finish product. But the real reason for the five stars were because of two factors. One, when unexpected repairs were needed (they had recordings!) the price changed BUT they were willing to work with me with no hesitation on setting up a plan to get it paid off (remember I'm paying out of pocket). Second, they actually came and finished earlier then expected! I highly recommend these guys and if you're shopping for a new roof I highly recommend you give these guys a call. They have free estimates so what do you really have to lose? Trust me you won't be disappointed!! Thanks Imperial roofing!
