Lauren Vanden Heuvel review about company Turnkey Builders LLC

Turnkey Builders installed a new roof for us and did a fantastic job. From the estimator’s visit, to the actual work, they were extremely easy to work with, and completely professional. Justin, the estimator, was very thorough, climbing into the attic where he found the cause of a ventilation problem we had. Turnkey provided a comprehensive estimate, including pictures, describing in detail what they were going to do, with a very detailed breakdown on costs. Dylan proposed replacing a portion of the decking and took me up in the attic with him to show me the issues. We had three roofers provide estimates, all who were highly rated and recommended, but only Turnkey took the time to show me what they were proposing to do and why. During the actual work, they replaced the roof in sections, so that we were always protected from the rain, which happened two of the days they were working. Dylan West was very responsive to questions we had and did a great job communicating with us about timelines. They were also very flexible about receiving payments from our mortgage holder, since it was an insurance claim. We are EXTREMELY PLEASED with their work and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for roof replacement or any other work. We will use them again for additional work in our home as needed.
