Hannah Astley review about company Bates Roofing & Construction
Do not use this company! Bates Roofing carried out repairs work to our roof 18 months ago which has not fixed our leak, and the manager Sophie Armsby is now ignoring any attempts for us to contact them by telephone and letter. Very unprofessional and not upholding the guarantee placed on their work. A separate company has assessed and said their work is not up to standard and will need to be redone. Sophie Armsby has since also registered another company Access Roofing so avoid that one too.
Happy with the work carried out and reasonably priced.
