John Rogalski review about company Appleby Systems Allentown

Had a window replaced several years ago. Salesman was forward enough answering all questions. Instalation went quickly enough and without any problems. And all seemed fine. Until now. We decided to have all our windows replaced, including this double casement window installed because the size wouldn't allow for a double hung as was the original. When the trim on this window was removed, it was discovered that the appleby window was not even attached to the house. That's right, with the trim removed along with the caulking, the window literally fell out of the hole. Not a single screw was used during the instalation. No shims, no spray foam, and no screws. Shotty workmanship at best. To those considering Appleby windows just be observant during the instalation process. Windows seem to be of good quality for the price, just the the installers leave some to be desired.
