very bad experience with their invoice as well. I was harrassed a few times with a payment that was already made and ended up paying twice for the same job. $3.5k twice is a huge deal. Keep you receipts if you had done business with this company. I misplaced mine and had to relied my email for record of transaction. Marshall came back nearly two years later after the job completion and claiming they were not paid. I gave the guy who came out my credit card number at the time of completion and clearly noted it was paid in full on my receipt at the time of job completion two years earlier.I found the same receipt after paying for the same job the second time.
