I have had them reroof a townhouse and have several repair jobs to a cedar shake roof. Great in all respects. As to the invoice issues you should always keep your receipts and pay with check and keep images of the cancelled checks. I blame the customer and not Marshall since I have so much experience with them. I have no connection to Marshall.
