Mike Vandervalk review about company R D Hackman & Sons

I rented for a few years. However they refuse to return any calls asking for my damage deposit back. Dave West the owner of the company is dishonest. Even though I gave him notice in writing, and professionaly cleaned the carpets as asked, he refused to give my deposit back. I took it to small claims, and he got out of paying back the deposit because I didn't ask for it back writing when i gave my written notice...
