Jeff Kincade review about company Jim Miller Roofing & Siding

Terribly disappointed. Had a huge leak in a sky light in our master bathroom. The water was rushing in. We called late December and were told they could come out right after the holidays in around a week. In 2 weeks, never heard from them. Called back, was told we get added to a list with no time estimate when we will be called. Called back again when the leak got worse. We were patched through to speak to another employee there and got voicemail. Never got a call back. Today is March 2, 2019. Still no call. We called another company who has already handled the leak in a great manner and made us a priority. The front office is unorganized and horrible with communication. I would not recommend this company based on our experience. We took our $6,000 business elsewhere
